This is the 2nd time I have brought this book, I gave the first to my cousin. I have researched the subject of dreams by God for nearly a year straight, therefore, I have exhausted the market. It is the best for a quick resource and has many definitions, that the other misses. The best book is the Divinity Code by Thompson and Beale. These two in combination, will give you a fairly extensive vocabulary and both are God inspired, in my opinion.P.S.Always pray and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance and understanding. This book is fun and provides the reader with the biblical understanding on how to interpret dreams.so it is totally biblical based , not some worldly interpretation.Also there is a section where you can find about your dream symbols and etc.It is pretty easy to read and fun at the same time.if you are Dreamer of God, than why not try =) you will love it!

I decided to purchase this book after reading the reviews. My goal was to be able to interpret my dreams from a biblical perspective. This book was dead on. The beginning was a bit of a slow read but the author did a good job of breaking down the types of dreams, visions, etc we experience. The best part of the book was the last few chapters that included the dictionary. It really helped me to recognize symbolism in my dreams and the definitions were accurate in accordance to how I interpreted my dreams.A couple of things I wish the author had provided include the following: 1.) Included more biblical examples of dreams/visions and exhibited how to interpret each aspect of the dreams, visions, etc. and 2.) Discussed overarching themes, situations, etc in dreams and their meaning. The book did a good job of pointing out symbolism surrounding objects (e.g. if there is a foot, clock, roller coaster, etc in your dream and the meanings behind these objects). But, suppose I had a dream about my childhood best friend and he/she abandoned me in the dream. The book does not necessarily tell you how to interpret these types of dreams and their meaning.Overall a great book to purchase to help you become disciplined in remembering and interpreting your dreams, visions. etc.

I have just began reading this book, but so far I find it informative enough to keep my interest. I have 10 other books on Dream Symbols, but I am always looking for new and fresh aspects of this often mystical life experience. The author is very thorough, generally citing several examples from the Old and New Testament to help the reader relate to the meaning of dreams and the symbols within.

I highly recommend this book. It is not comprehensive, but it has more in the "dictionary" (second half of the book) than most other books on this subject. I believe the "universal meanings" presented by Dr. Ibojie are accurate because they align with other books by respected authors. In fact, when I find differing definitions (not often), I lean toward Dr. Ibojie's choice of meanings because they agree with the Holy Spirit in me.

My husband and I dream A LOT! This book has been a great tool in our dream interpretation. I think we already had a good foundation of our own personal dream interpretation before the book, and we did use some online resources. But it's nice to have a tool handy that we can quickly reference.

The dream dictionary is so informative and exciting to read. I got the audio version so I ca. Listen as I drive or do housework. It’s one of the better dream books I have read

Yes he includes dream symbols in the last half; but the best part of this book is the first half. He goes into great and very user friendly detail about hearing from God in numerous ways. This was the most helpful book I've read on the subject. Highly recommend.

This book was written by the leader of the sgi organization of which I was a member.I finally left this group because I learned the hard way that it is a cult.The book in and of itself does help you understand the lotus sutra.The problem is the organization that made this book.So many lies are weaved into the wisdom and the lotus sutra that distort the truth.The sgi is very manipulative and sneaky and distorts truths to suit their agenda which is not really about world peace as it appears on surface.There is a lot more than meets the eye.I would recommend staying away from the distorted form of Shakamunis teaching and staying clear of anything that has any connection to sgi because it is dangerous.Being part of thi mind control cult severely damaged my life.

At this price, it's a must-read for anyone who isn't willing to simply give up and say, "I guess we'll never know what happened".That said, a few more graphics - maps, in particular - would have helped Wise advance his narrative in a much more cohesive way, especially for those not familiar with the aviation and engineering arcana of the flight and various search efforts. (A proofreader/editor would have also been a worthwhile investment in several places, too.)

Jeff Wise is a tireless investigator and intellectual hero. No one should dare offer an opinion about Russia’s global ambitions without reading this page- turner. He has cracked the case of MH370 and the implications of his meticulous research are jaw dropping. In time, this book will be seen as far more consequential than the Mueller investigation. How is this story not dominating 24 hour news? When I read Wise’s initial theory four years ago, I thought his argument was compelling, but unprovable. Now he has come back with more evidence. Case closed.

This book with short chapters has at least two values. It's a good, broad overview of the thousands of internet exchanges and minute arguments Wise had with other researchers about theories concerning the loss of MH370. (I was an avid reader of those for a long time.) Second, for me, it provides intriguing new questions about Blaine Alan Gibson's biography and, specifically, his Russia connections. Importantly, Wise offers a "speculative scenario" about the fate of MH370 as an appendix, but not an actual conclusion.Wise's speculation could be correct. The plane could have flown north to the Russian cosmodrome and made a Category III auto landing instead of crashing into the Southern Indian Ocean. My speculation is that the math associated with the Inmarsat signals was inaccurate or that, if accurate, the searches simply missed finding the underwater remains along the 7th arc. To me, the mystery continues.

MH370 is a riddle wrapped in an enigma. Jeff Wise unwraps each event chapter by chapter and leads us to congruity. MH370 is more a social mystery than a scientific one. Only when you are willing to broaden your perspective and look outside the data can you see the big picture.

Sherlock Holmes once said "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth". Jeff Wise eliminates a lot of the impossible in this book. The alternatives to the standard explanation of MH370 are wildly improbable, to be sure... But so many aspects of "the standard explanation" have turned out to be impossible that we really do have to give the wildly improbable a good hard look. Highly recommended.

You must not miss this incredible exploration of the true-life mystery and phenomenon that has baffled millions and left some of the world's most brilliant minds scratching their heads. In this stunning follow-up to his previous book "The Plane That Wasn't There", Jeff Wise lays aside any remaining doubt that he is an authority on this subject. The concept of this book is there are 25 plays that use beginning phonics. The plays should be read aloud by children (along with parents or teachers). The plays can have as few as 2 and as many as 5 characters. They are broken down by phonics sound utilized (short vowels, long vowels, other vowels "oo, ou, bossy r, silent e", consonant digraphs, consonant blends). They are short and sort of funny. A great way to coax somewhat shy kids into reading aloud, creating a cooperative atmosphere, and practicing reading in a unique way. We home school 3 children close in age, so these are great for a fun practice in reading. I can see it being a bit for a challenge for teachers with larger classrooms as there is only one or two plays per vowel sound being practiced. So, for a larger class students either have to read the same play, or read only a couple plays per semester. Of course, if you utilize reading groups with five or less children, this won't be a problem.Overall a good concept we have enjoyed so far. I do see the novelty wearing off once students are better readers. Having a bit "to do" with having them make costumes and truly "get into character" may keep the flame burning.

These are great short plays for beginning readers. My second graders really love them. I wish they had questions with them for comprehension!

Perfect for Early Proficiency ESOL Students!!!!!

Great classroom material. I use reader's theater in my classroom and this is great for early readers. The length is perfect for younger readers and they are clearly laid out and easy to use. A good resource to use with a classroom volunteer.

My students love this book of plays. I involved the entire class in this classroom production. Short scripts that are very easy to learn, good for getting struggling readers involved.

I use these all the time with my 2nd grades. Very easy to differentiate between what kids need to improve. They like them because they are fun and interesting. I like them because they hone in on specific skills and are great practice.

I put on a series of these plays with my students and they had TONS of fun! The plays are short so the kids can memorize their lines fairly easily. Also, there's a wide variety of subjects, all of which are super cute. I would definitely suggest this for any primary teacher!

Great resource for teaching my students how to sound out words!!

This book reveals more fully the sweet life the ten Boom family gave up for their unfailing love of God's chosen people. There are 20 or so photos included which help draw one especially into Corrie's adventurous life working with the mentally disabled and the years forming and leading Girls' Triangle Clubs and Camps and housing children of missionaries. Corrie led a very productive life and the book ends with this quote by her dear father, "When Jesus takes your hand, He keeps you tight. When Jesus keeps you tight, He leads you through life. When Jesus leads you through life, He brings you safely home."

I love this book and all of Corrie ten Boom's books. In My Father's House is one of my favorites. You can now see a virtual tour of the house where Corrie and her family lived for many years. It's a museum and has been for years. I had the wonderfuly opportunity to be a guide in the museum.I will always cherish that experience and never forget it. Corrie's spirit was my life-line while I lived in the Netherlands (20 years). I look forward to seeing you in Heaven, Corrie.

Although much of this book revolves around Corrie's ministry to young women before the war, it is very encouraging and edifying for all the brethren to see how the Lord used the Ten Boom family, having been well grounded in Him. This book is very helpful in discerning spiritual warfare. I initially read it because I wanted to learn as much as I could about Casper, her dad. I certainly learned more, but not exactly as much as I was hoping. But overall a worthwhile read. Upon finishing the book, I immediately thanked the Lord for the Ten Boom family.

This is a beautifully written book describing the family life of Corrie ten Boom. The narrative is filled with spiritual insight and a deep and abiding faith in God, family, and country. It will be a welcome addition to books of admirers of Corrie, and a heartfelt introduction to her incredible story to new readers. You will not be disappointed.

This was a believable story and had interesting parts, but did drag a bit here and there. However, it set the stage for Corrie ten Boom's second book, "The Hiding Place" which I also have and read. "In My Father's House" made reading "The Hiding Place" more understandable because it referred back to the first book in parts and I understood why a passage was written.

Corrie's the first deceased famous person I would want to meet if I could...and this book is a memoir of mostly her childhood, and gives many beautiful accounts of her family members, particularly her father, whom we meet in her classic "The Hiding Place." I read about him in that book and longed for him to be my very own dad, and I still think often of things he said to her, taught her about life and faith. This book ("In My Father's House") expands greatly on the memories before "The Hiding Place" and also shows how Corrie and her siblings came to be such amazing Christians and champions for the persecuted Jews. Fantastic book. Also links her childhood with her adulthood, as she reveals how her past prepared her for her work defying the Nazis. It contains short chapters which can be read all in one sitting or little by little, as a devotional.

This book is as wonderful as all of Corrie Ten Boom's books! Anointed, full of saturating truth from the Holy Spirit to Corrie, that we can read and soak in like sponges! If you enjoy Miss Ten Boom's books, then this one is a wonderful addition to the collection.

I love reading books from Corrie. This book is about not just her childhood, but through her teens and into her adult life.She writes so well about so many specific days that it made me feel like I was really there. But more than that, it gave me a glimpse into her life as a little girl and how well she was raised. Daily Bible readings and daily prayers were a constant in her life. Such a grand foundation she had where she did not know the future would be imprisonment.I rarely keep books and I rarely read them again. Yet this is one I will keep and and read over and over.Corrie's legacy lives on. It continues to bless and bless!! Praise God!

The author gives a lot of information about food, and how it can affect our health. It's not just about food, but how food is genetically modified and can lead to health issues. The author certainly did her research, and it's a great source of information. Not just for keeping our children healthy but ourselves as well. This book is listed as one of the best publications in 2016 (“GMOs: The Best and Worst of 2016,” Ban GMOs Now; February 2, 2017). It is listed for a number of reasons. It is highly recommended as a useful source for those who would like to learn some basic history and information about GMOs. GMOs are ubiquitous in our food supply and yet relatively few people know this and many don’t understand what they are. As a result, they may not be aware of or fully understand the many concerns that people have about them. Having a basic understanding about GMOs is especially important for all parents; just as parents know the importance of feeding their children healthier food (less sugars, fewer processed foods, more vegetables, etc.), a growing number of parents understand that it is equally important to have an awareness about GMOs and the pesticides and herbicides that are associated with them. These unique food products have never existed in nature before are not required to undergo long-term chronic toxicity studies on a case-by-case basis (nor are there any requirements for post-marketing studies); consequently some parents have decided to exclude GMOs from their children’s diets and in some cases, they witness a concurrent improvement in the health of their children. The book is well-written and well-researched. If you have relatives or friends who are not aware of (or do not understand GMOs), consider buying them a copy as a gift.
